Make an account, create a character and you wake up in Rookgaard — no vocation, a club in your hand and everything still ahead of you. You do not pick sorcerer or knight at that point; the island decides whether you ever get there.

Talk to The Oracle. She lets you through between level 8 and 10, asks which town you want to live in (Carlin, Thais or Venore) and which vocation you have chosen — knight, paladin, sorcerer or druid.

No. Premium is free for everyone here — every character has it, all the time. Nothing in the game is locked behind it.

Yes. This is an open PvP world and there is no safe level — only protection zones. What answers for killing are skulls, and the server hands them out by itself: read the Rules.

The one built into the client — yes. It comes with the client everybody here plays on, so it is part of the game, not something to hide. The same goes for every hotkey the client offers, including the ones that pick your target.

About 10% of what you have earned. Blessings soften it — !bless buys the whole set for 50,000 gold, and it is cheaper than the level you would otherwise lose.

Server Save at 10:00. Warnings start at 09:55, the world saves, everyone drops out and the server is back in about fifteen seconds. That is also the moment when new changes go live.

After 15 minutes without a single action the server logs you out. Standing in a depot does not count as playing.

King Tibianus in Thais promotes you at level 20 for 10,000 gold. Say promotion, then yes.

Standing orders from the taskers: kill so many of something, come back, get paid. You can carry three at a time; !task shows how they are going and !task all lists everything on offer. The whole board is on the Tasks page.

A private arena you enter for Uwerta Skin Coins — the boss you face depends on your level, and each arena has its own cooldown. !daily tells you what is ready, what is locked and for how long.

Stand in front of the door, face it and say !buyhouse. It costs 1,000 gold per square metre, and there is no rent afterwards. What is free right now is listed on the Houses page.
